There are 120 activities and industries related to the real estate sector and real estate development in the Kingdom, and the percentage of local content in residential real estate projects reached 64%, and the percentage of real estate activities’ contribution to the gross domestic product reached 9.9%. The real estate development sector is currently considered to be living in a stage of empowerment that will contribute to the growth of its operations and opportunities, and is distinguished by its comprehensiveness and breadth. By building residential communities linked to several activities, it aims to contribute to achieving the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 AD.
